EXHIBIT A—SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 1. Work to Be Performed by TC Technology <br /> A. Provide the products and services as described in Exhibit A-1. <br /> B. Provide, install, and test on three workstations and,to the extent necessary, one server,the most current version of <br /> GO! Sync Mobile GIS ready for use that is released for shipping (i.e., not in beta test) and all other work and <br /> Software identified in Exhibit A-1. Hardware(i.e., workstations and server) to be provided by City. <br /> C. Training, support and maintenance as described in Exhibit A-1. <br /> D. Maintenance for one calendar year from acceptance is included in the price. The City intends to continue paying <br /> for annual maintenance in future years. <br />
