(1.16.050) 4 SECTION 6: POLICE COURT DEPARTMENT 5 There shall be in the Police Court Department the follow- 6 ing named officers, to-wit: 7 One Clerk of the court and one Relief Justice who shall 8 perform the duties pertaining to the office. (1.16.060) 9 SECTION 7: PARK DEPARTMENT 10 There shall be in the office of the Park Department the following named officers and assistants, to-wit: 11 One Superintendent; one Assistant Superintendent; 12 one Equipment Foreman; three Gardeners; four Utility Laborers; one Greenskeeper; one or more Day Laborers 13 (part time) and one Day Laborer Clerk. 14 The Park Department and its Superintendent shall be under the general charge and supervision of the Park Board. 15 The other assistants and employees shall perform such duties as pertain to the nature of their office and as authorized 16 and directed by the Park Superintendent . (1.16.070) 17 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE 18 SECTION 8: CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT 19 There shall be the following named deputies and assistants in the office of the City Clerk, to-wit: 20 One Deputy City Clerk; one Business & Occupation Tax 21 Clerk; one Clerk-Secretary; one License Inspector (part time) ; one Clerk-Stenographer; one or more extra clerks (part time) ; 22 one Machine Bookkeeper and one Clerk Bookkeeper. 23 It shall be the duty of such officers, deputies and assistants to perform the duties pertaining to the office and 24 as directed by the City Clerk or the Commissioner of Finance . (1.16.080) 25 SECTION 9: CITY COMMISSIONERS DEPARTMENT 26 There shall be the following named assistants in the 27 City Commissioners Department, to-wit: 28 One Stenographer; one Relief Stenographer (part time) 29 It shall be the duty of such assistants to perform the duties pertaining to said department and as directed by the 30 Commissioner of Public Safety.
