<br /> h. Proposed Plat is a preliminary plan of the plat, subdivision, or
<br /> de:.ication containing the elemert3 end requirements as sat forth
<br /> in this ordinance.
<br /> i. Subdivider is ,any parson, firm or corporation proposing to maize,
<br /> or have rraacs a subdivision.
<br /> j. Fuladivision is an area of land which has been divided into lots,
<br /> plots, tracts, or other divisions of land, and may or may not
<br /> include a map, or maps, relating thereto, for the purpose,
<br /> whether immediate or f.tare, of transfer of ornxsrshp, or for
<br /> building developments, including all designations in street lines,
<br /> pahaic area boundaries, lot lines, easements, rights cf way,
<br /> p vemant widths, curb lines, location and size. of utilities, location
<br /> said size of laud area to be dedicated; provided that this definition
<br /> of a subdivision snail not be including those divisions of land for
<br /> agricultural purposes, where each parcel is five acres or more
<br /> in area and which does not include new streets, ea€emente, rights

<br /> k. Tentative Approvafl is the official action tahea on the proposed
<br /> plat. subdivision, or dedication by the Planning Commission,
<br /> meeting in official session.
<br /> SECTION 4. Control of Plats, Subdivisi,ns, ow Dedications.
<br /> The platting and subdividing cf land into lots, or tracts comprising
<br /> five or more such lots or tracts, or containing a dedication of any
<br /> part thereof as a public street or highway, is required to proceed
<br /> under end in compliance with the provisions of the State Laws end
<br /> this ordinance; provided that the subdivider shell act proceed with
<br /> any construction work upon the proposed lots of the pr cr scd plat,
<br /> including grading or excavating of such lots, until he or it has obtained
<br /> from the City Council final approval in accordance with this Smbdivisioa
<br /> Orc,:nrnca. except that the improvements on proposed rights of way or
<br /> easements to be made after filing of the tentative plat, as iso air,ater
<br /> provided, may proceed after receipt of tentative approval.
<br /> SECTION 5. Authority for Granting Approval of Plats, Subdivisions,
<br /> and Dedications. '
<br /> Each plat, subdivision, or dedication, before any of its lots or tracts
