Procedures, Standards, and Requirernein s. <br /> In the processing of plats, subdivisions, and dedications, the following <br /> procedures, standards, and requirements shall be complied with: <br /> 1. Administrative Procedure <br /> • <br /> 1. The subdivider shall consult with the City Engineer Fred the - <br /> Planning Department while the plat is still in sketch form. <br /> 2. The Proposed Plat (6 copies).and an application for Tentative <br /> Approval shall be prepared by the subdivider in accordance with <br /> the Requirements of the Proposed Plat. <br /> 3. The proposed plat and the application shall be submitted by the <br /> subdivider to the City Engineer accompanied by a receipt from <br /> the City Treasurer indicating that the filing fee as per the <br /> following schedule has been paid. The filing fee shall be $5. 00 <br /> per lot for the first 2S lots; the next tS lots, $3. 00 per lot;. the <br /> remaining lots in the proposed plat shall be $2. 00 per lot for a <br /> total masximunz fee of $300. 00. <br /> 4. The City Engineer shall affix to the application a file number <br /> and the date it is received, and notify the City Clerk of the <br /> application. <br /> 5. Whenever any proposed plat is submitted to the City, the City <br /> Clerk shall at once cause, at the expiitzmee of the person proposing <br /> such plat, not less than three notices of a hearing thereof to be <br /> posted in conspicuous places, on or adjacent to the land proposed <br /> to be so platted or subdivided, giving notice to the time and place <br /> where such hearing is to be held, which notices shall be posted <br /> not less than seven days prior to the hearing thereof. <br /> 6. The City Clerk shall send by U.S. Mail, an amnccance meant of <br /> tile public hearing at least two weeks prior to the tine of the <br /> public hearing to the owe era, occupants, or parsons residing <br /> thereon, of all contiguous properties within.a distance of 300 feet <br /> from any line of the proposed plat, subdivision, or dedication. <br /> (3) <br />
