Centralized Scheduling and Information Desk(CSID) <br /> CSID is a non-emergency comprehensive management and information resource developed <br /> by FEMA for grants stakeholders. CSID provides general information on all FEMA grant <br /> programs and maintains a comprehensive database containing key personnel contact <br /> information at the federal, state, and local levels. When necessary, recipients will be directed <br /> to a federal point of contact who can answer specific programmatic questions or concerns. <br /> CSID can be reached by phone at(800) 368-6498 or by e-mail at askcsid(uifema.dhs.gov, <br /> Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM—5:00 PM ET. <br /> c. GPD Award Administration Division <br /> GPD's Award Administration Division(AAD)provides support regarding financial matters <br /> and budgetary technical assistance. Equal Rights <br /> The FEMA Office of Equal Rights (OER) is responsible for compliance with and <br /> enforcement of federal civil rights obligations in connection with programs and services <br /> conducted by FEMA and recipients of FEMA financial assistance. All inquiries and <br /> communications about federal civil rights compliance for FEMA grants under this NOFO <br /> should be sent to FEMA-CivilRightsOfficeAfema.dhs.gov. <br /> e. Environmental Planning and Historic Preservation <br /> GPD's EHP Team provides guidance and information about the EHP review process to <br /> recipients and subrecipients.
