Payment and Reporting System (PARS) <br /> FEMA uses the Payment and Reporting System(PARS)for financial reporting, invoicing, <br /> and tracking payments. FEMA uses the Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer(DD/EFT) <br /> method of payment to recipients. To enroll in the DD/EFT, recipients must complete a <br /> Standard Form 1199A, Direct Deposit Form. Termination Provisions <br /> FEMA may terminate a federal award in whole or in part for one of the following reasons. <br /> FEMA and the recipient must still comply with closeout requirements at 2 C.F.R. §§ <br /> 200.344-200.345 even if an award is terminated in whole or in part. To the extent that <br /> subawards are permitted under this NOFO,pass-through entities should refer to 2 C.F.R. § <br /> 200.340 for additional information on termination regarding subawards. <br /> a. Noncompliance <br /> If a recipient fails to comply with the terms and conditions of a federal award, FEMA may <br /> terminate the award in whole or in part.
