Subtask 1: Phase 1—Discovery and Confirmation (April-July, 2020) <br /> Phase 1 outreach will confirm values inherent in the Everett Transit Long Range Plan, build a vision <br /> for local and regional mobility, and discover community perspectives. Outreach tactics will include: <br /> • Development of Phase 1 outreach plan that includes communications strategy, schedule, roles <br /> and responsibilities, detailed messaging and event plans <br /> • Management of outreach schedule <br /> • Develop content for outreach materials and provide support to City staff for their graphics team <br /> to develop graphics as needed, which may include: <br /> o Notification materials <br /> o Fact sheet mailer <br /> o Poster and bus display hangers <br /> o Project overview presentation <br /> o Display and digital advertisements <br /> o Online open house materials and graphics <br /> • Development and preparation of communications strategy and messaging materials, that may <br /> include: <br /> o Key messages, talking points and FAQ <br /> o Press release <br /> o Website and social media content and deployment strategy <br /> o Presentation, including content and needed graphics <br /> • Development, launch, and analysis of online open house <br /> • Development of online survey, including content, graphics, coordination for <br /> translation/transcreation services <br /> • Coordination of and support for Phase 1 public outreach activities, including: <br /> o Virtual event and meeting planning, collection and assessment of public feedback <br /> o Material and preparation support to Everett Transit staff for virtual events and outreach <br /> activities, including livestream public meetings, material distribution, and virtual <br /> meetings and briefings <br /> o Participation in other"Rethink Everett" planning efforts and events/activities, as needed <br /> • Development of public outreach and communications tracking system via EnviroLytical, <br /> Envirolssues' cloud-hosted,web-based, proprietary Software as a Service (SAAS) <br /> • Summarization of public outreach activities and findings via Phase 1 report and .PPT for Everett <br /> Transit staff <br /> Subtask 2: Phase 2a—Engagement and Outreach Planning-Alternatives and Reaction (November- <br /> January 2021) <br /> Page 6 of 17 <br />
