If you have any questions <br />regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br />Public Works plans reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at 425-257-7813 or SFandler(cr�,everettwa.gov, or <br />the other reviewers listed depending on the scope of the question. Please note that these <br />comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. <br />The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building Department and/or <br />the Planning Department for architectural or other types of drawings. <br />a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your <br />resubmittal once all requested revisions have been made: <br />i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter-2 Floor, Floor, 3200 Cedar <br />Street, and also included herein for your use. <br />ii. Plans: (4) sets of revised civil plans plus original City Markups. <br />iii. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised drainage report. <br />iv. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form <br />filled out for the City to use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee. <br />The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from <br />1:00pm-4:00pm (closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br />b. Please see all redlines on the attached plans for required corrections in addition to all <br />comments listed below. Frequently, redlines will, be stand-alone and will not have an <br />associated item in this corrections letter. Likewise, comments below may not have <br />associated redlines. Please indicate to the City that all redlines have been adequately <br />addressed by providing checkmarks or notes next to the City's redlines to indicate that it <br />has been picked up or to answer a reviewer's question.
