Construction permits, inspections and final approvals are required for this project from City of Everett Permit Services. 2. A Demolition Permit must be obtained at the Permit Counter prior to any demolition on -site. In addition, all existing water services connected to buildings to be removed will need to be capped at the back side of the existing meter and a Utility Permit for side sewer cap -off must be obtained with the demo permit to cap the sewer at the property line prior to demolition of the building. 3. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with the City's current Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development manual shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing site parking layout per standard drawing #340, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued/final approval is granted. 4. The construction plans must be designed from a site survey performed by a licensed State of Washington land surveyor. 5. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to commencement of any clearing or earthwork. 6. Stormwater shall be managed in accordance with City of Everett Stormwater Management Standards current at the time a complete building/public works permit application package is submitted to the City for review. 7. Treatment for surface water discharge to the combined sewer is not required, however the synthetic turf is considered a pollution generating surface that could result in contamination of groundwater. The project will need to provide treatment (sand layer, soil amendment, or document that the existing soils are suitable in accordance with Vol III Section 3.4.2), or prove that the field will not infiltrate. For determining infiltration rates, either the in -situ pilot infiltration test per the Ecology manual or the infiltration rates that would result from tables 9.1 and 9.2 of the City's 2010 Stormwater Management Manual may be used. 8.
