CITY OF EVERETT I EVERETT Public Works WASHINGTON ADDENDUM NO. 4 TO REPLACEMENT OF RESERVOIR 2 W.O. # UP-3658 ' MARCH 3, 2021 NOTICE TO PLANHOLDERS: ' Addendum No. 4 contains the following revisions, additions, deletions and clarifications and is hereby made a part of the contract documents for the above-named Project and shall be considered by all prospective bidders in submitting bids. ' Bidders must acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 4 in the space provided in 00 41 13-1.5, Bid Form. Failure to comply with this requirement may render the Bid non-responsive and may cause its rejection. This Addendum consists of 9 pages, including all revisions, and attachments. The Bid date, time and location for receipt of Bids are unchanged by this Addendum. THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS: ' VOLUME 1, DIVISION 00 — GENERAL REQUIREMENTS SEC I ION 00 60 13, CONTRACT ' Replace paragraph 1.2, C, 1 with the following: 9 "Substantial Completion of the Work shall be achieved within 425 working days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. ' VOLUME 1, DIVISION 01 — GENERAL REQUIREMENTS SEC 110N 01 22 00, MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT Delete the second paragraph of Bid Item 17 and replace with the following: ' "Payment for Utilities Coordination shall constitute full compensation for all work required by Snohomish PUD to install primary conductors to Snohomish PUD standards. This shall include all re-routing of the existing primary power and communication circuits and new electrical service for the storage building and reservoir."
