Actual cost shall be adjusted and billed to the project during construction." Bid item 17"Utilities Coordination"calls for a lump sum contract price of$50,000.Is bid item 17 covering the cost associated with the specification 26 05 00-1.8(C)? Specification 26 05 00-1.8(B)reads, See Addednum No 4 "The Contractor shall Include a line item of$10,000 for power utility fees within the electrical bid item.This amount shall Include all utility service and construction fees related to the provision of new electrical service for the storage building and reservoir. On sheet C140,where does the curb and gutter end?It does not specify the start and end Graham Concrete curb and gutter on sheet C140 starts at the NW corner of the overlay and ends directly South where the plan sheet shows curb/gutter on the drawings such as the other civil drawings, the curb stopping. On sheet CD8-Detail 3 shows an Overflow/SD Discharge to Reservoir 4 pipe concrete support pad and blocks.The detail states the pad is to be CIP and the blocks are to be Pre-Cast.It looks Walsh Group like there is a rebar connection between the two concrete elements,but there is no call out for how the two supports connect.Are these drill and dowel connections?Please review and verify connection between precast blocks and CIP Concrete slab. See Addendum No 4 On sheet CD8-Detail 1 shows the Trench drain detail.The concrete around the trench drain Walsh Group does not call out any rebar.Please confirm that the Trench Drain concrete has no rebar in it. See Addednum No 4
