the unit price shall be made if the Reservoir 4 underdrain is at a different depth. <br /> The adjustment shall be an increase/decrease based on the percentage difference <br /> between the actual Reservoir 4 underdrain depth and the depth assumed above. <br /> Progress payments for Underdrain Sump Pump will be based on the percentage of <br /> this Work completed, as approved by the OWNER. <br /> 16.17. Electrical and Instrumentation <br /> Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum <br /> Payment for Electrical and Instrumentation shall be at the lump sum price named <br /> in the Proposal, which payment shall constitute full compensation for all permits, <br /> tools, labor, equipment, and materials to provide electrical services and <br /> instrumentation to all facilities as shown on the drawings and specifications, <br /> including electrical service, site lighting, security system, instruments, conduits and <br /> wiring. <br /> Progress payments for Electrical and Instrumentation will be based on the <br /> percentage of this Work completed, as approved by the OWNER. <br /> 318. Utilities Coordination <br /> ' Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum <br /> Payment for Utilities Coordination shall constitute full compensation for all work <br /> required by Snohomish PUD to install primary conductors to Snohomish PUD <br /> standards. Excluded from this work is furnishing and installing conduits, pull boxes, <br /> €4This shall include all re-routing of the existing primary power and communication <br /> circuits and new electrical service for the storage building and reservoir. <br /> Progress payments for Utilities Coordination shall be based on actual work <br /> performed. <br /> 18.19.
