<br /> 13.14. Final Grading and Site Work
<br /> Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum
<br /> Payment for Final Grading and Site Work shall be based on the lump sum unit price
<br /> named in the Proposal, which payment shall be considered full compensation for
<br /> all permits, tools, equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals necessary to
<br /> complete this work as specified herein; including all gravel access roads, asphalt
<br /> pavement, concrete sidewalks, fencing and gates,final grading,trench restoration,
<br /> surface restoration, landscaping and planting and seeding.
<br /> Progress payments for Final Grading and Site Work will be based on the percentage
<br /> of this Work completed, as approved by the OWNER.
<br /> 44-15. Storage Facility
<br /> Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum
<br /> Payment for Storage Facility shall be based on the lump sum unit price named in
<br /> the Proposal, which payment shall be considered full compensation for all permits,
<br /> tools, equipment, labor, materials, transporting, delivering, handling, storing,
<br /> installation,testing, cleanup, and incidentals necessary to construct a CMU storage
<br /> facility building with concrete foundation, metal roofing, bridge crane, HVAC and
<br /> plumbing systems, chlorine sampling equipment, roof drains and footing drains,
<br /> and all other items shown in the Architectural and Storage Facility drawings.
<br /> Progress payments for Storage Facility will be based on the percentage of this Work 111
<br /> completed, as approved by the OWNER.
<br /> 4-5-16. Underdrain Sump Pump 1
<br /> Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum
<br /> Payment for Underdrain Sump Pump shall be at the lump sum price named in the
<br /> Proposal, which payment shall constitute full compensation for all permits, tools,
<br /> equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete this work as
<br /> specified herein; including all excavation and shoring, furnish and install sump
<br /> pump, discharge piping, concrete pipe, access hatch, backfill,
<br /> abandonment/removal of existing underdrain piping, and temporary
<br /> piping/pumping as required to install the system as shown in the contract drawings.
<br /> For the purposes of bidding, assume the existing Reservoir 4 underdrain is 20-feet 1
<br /> below surface grade at the location of the underdrain sump pump. Adjustment to
