42. Owner's Representative: The person designated in writing and employed or retained <br /> by the Owner to act as its representative at the construction Site and to perform <br /> construction inspection service and administrative functions relating to this Contract. <br /> The terms "Owner's Representative", "Engineer" and "Architect" are interchangeable. <br /> 43. Person: Includes individuals, associations, firms, companies, corporations, <br /> partnerships, and joint ventures. <br /> 44. Physical Completion: Physical Completion Date is the day all of the Work is physically <br /> completed on the Project. All documentation required by the Contract and required <br /> by law does not necessarily need to be furnished by the Contractor by this date. <br /> 45. Progress Schedule:A schedule prepared and maintained by Contractor, describing the <br /> sequence and duration of the activities comprising the Contractor's plan to accomplish <br /> the Work within the Contract Time. <br /> 46. Project: The undertaking to be performed under the provisions of the Contract. <br /> 47. Punch List: List of incomplete items of Work and of items of Work that are not in <br /> conformance with the Contract Documents, prepared after Substantial Completion. <br /> 48. RCW: Means the Revised Code of Washington. <br /> 49. Samples: Physical examples of materials, Equipment, or workmanship that are <br /> representative of some portion of the Work and which establish the standards by <br /> which such portion of the Work will be judged. <br /> 50. Schedule of Values: Allocation of Contract Sum to items of Work as provided in 9.1.1. <br /> Schedule of Values. <br /> 51. Shall: Required conduct. <br /> 52. Shop Drawings: All drawings, diagrams, illustrations, schedules, and other data or <br /> information, which are specifically prepared or assembled by or for Contractor and <br /> submitted by Contractor, to illustrate some portion of the Work. <br /> 53. Shown: Refers to information presented on the Drawings, with or without reference <br /> to the Drawings. <br /> 54. Site: Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by Owner <br /> upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for <br /> access thereto, and such other lands furnished by Owner that are designated for the <br /> use of Contractor. <br /> 55. Specifications: That part of the Contract Documents consisting of written descriptions <br /> of the technical features of materials, Equipment, construction systems, standards, <br /> and workmanship. <br /> 56. Specify: Refers to information described, shown, noted or presented in any manner <br /> in any part of the Contract Documents. <br /> 57.
