58. Submittals: The information required by the Contract Documents provided by <br /> Contractor to the Owner's Representative or Owner. <br /> 59. Substantial Completion: The day on which the Owner or Owner's Representative <br /> determines the Owner has full and unrestricted use and benefit of the Project, from <br /> both the operational and safety standpoints and only minor incidental Work, <br /> replacement of temporary substitute facilities, or minor correction or repair Work <br /> remains. Determination of Substantial Completion in whole or in part is solely at the <br /> discretion of the Owner. Substantial Completion does not mean complete in <br /> accordance with the Contract nor shall Substantial Completion of all or any part of the <br /> Project entitle the Contractor to Final Acceptance under the Contract. <br /> 60. Supplier: A manufacturer, fabricator, supplier, distributor, materialman, or vendor <br /> having a direct contract with Contractor or with any Subcontractor to furnish materials <br /> or Equipment to be incorporated in the Work. <br /> 61. Total Float: The amount of time any given activity or path of activities may be delayed <br /> before it will affect the Completion Date. <br /> 62. Traffic: Both vehicular and non-vehicular traffic, such as pedestrians, bicyclists, <br /> wheelchairs, and equestrian traffic. <br /> 63. Unabsorbed Overhead: The reduction or loss of contribution to recovery of the <br /> Contractor's Overhead costs realized by the result of reduced Project or Contractor <br /> billings, or both, due to any reason whatsoever, including a Project extension. <br /> 64. Unit Price Work: Refers to items of Work identified by unit prices in the bid form. <br /> 65. Work: Refers to the Project and the labor, materials, Equipment, supplies, services, <br /> and other items necessary for the execution, completion and fulfillment of the <br /> Contract. <br /> 1.2 Contract Documents <br /> A. The complete Contract includes the following, which are Contract Documents: <br /> 1. Federal and state requirements that apply to this Contract and Project; <br /> 2. Supplemental agreements between Owner and Contractor, if any, subsequent to the <br /> Owner's execution of the Contract and signed by the Mayor of the City of Everett for <br /> Owner and by an authorized representative of Contractor; <br /> 3. Change Orders; <br /> 4. Addenda; <br /> 5. The Contract; <br /> 6. Specifications, including, but not limited to, these General Conditions and other <br /> numbered Documents and Sections; <br /> 7.
