CITY OF EVERETT <br /> EVERETT Public Works <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> ADDENDUM NO. 2 <br /> TO <br /> REPLACEMENT OF RESERVOIR 2 <br /> W.O. # UP-3658 <br /> FEBRUARY 16, 2021 <br /> NOTICE TO PLANHOLDERS: <br /> Addendum No. 2 contains the following revisions, additions, deletions and clarifications and is <br /> hereby made a part of the contract documents for the above-named Project and shall be <br /> considered by all prospective bidders in submitting bids. <br /> Bidders must acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 2 in the space provided in 00 41 13-1.5, <br /> Bid Form. Failure to comply with this requirement may render the Bid non-responsive and may <br /> cause its rejection. <br /> This Addendum consists of 16 pages, including all revisions, and attachments. <br /> The Bid date is modified by this Addendum, however, the time and location for receipt of Bids <br /> are unchanged by this Addendum. <br /> A request was made to provide "vectorized"drawings. Builders Exchange will be updated to <br /> provide directions how to access"vectorized" drawings. <br /> The sign-in sheet from the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on February 10, 2021 is attached. <br /> THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> VOLUME 1, DIVISION 00 — PROCUREMENT AND CONTRACTING REQUIREMENTS <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> 1. In the first paragraph, delete "Tuesday, February 23, 2021" and replace with "Tuesday, <br /> March 16, 2021". <br /> SECTION 00 22 13, SUPPLEMENTAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS <br /> 1. Part 1.2, A "Experience," insert the following two paragraphs and renumber the <br /> succeeding paragraphs accordingly: <br /> 7. Pipeline Contractor/Subcontractor: Within the last ten (10) years the Pipeline <br /> Contractor/Subcontractor must have completed at least three (3) projects that include <br /> the construction of welded joint steel pipe with a diameter of 36-inches or greater. <br /> 8.
