Place the blocking, unless otherwise shown or directed, so that <br /> the pipe and fitting joints, including nuts and bolts, can be accessible for repair. <br /> I 7-09.3(22) Blowoff Assemblies <br /> Revise the first paragraph under 7-09.3(22) to read as follows: <br /> Construct Blowoff Assemblies at the locations shown on the Plans and in <br /> Iaccordance with COE Standard Drawing No. 511. <br /> 7-09.3(23) Hydrostatic Pressure Test <br /> I <br /> Supplement 7-09.3(23) by adding the following: <br /> Provide City approved double-check assembly for the purpose of testing and <br /> I flushing.
