CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS I <br /> 1/2" >90 I <br /> No. 10 >70 <br /> Provide Topsoil Type A free from materials toxic to plant growth, visible seeds, I <br /> rhizomes, roots, any Snohomish County listed noxious weeds or invasive root <br /> propagating plants, including and not limited to, horsetail, ivy, clematis, and knotweed. <br /> Contractor shall remove and replace soil found to contain these prohibited plant <br /> materials. I <br /> 9-14.1(3) General Turf Area Soil <br /> Provide General Turf Area Soil for general use and passive recreation lawn areas I <br /> where year-round maintenance and positive drainage are important. <br /> Provide soil consisting of 60 percent sand complying with the particle distribution table <br /> in this Section, and 40 percent compost by volume.
