Protect and preserve from damage <br /> or destruction all private property whether removal and relocation is required or not. <br /> Remove and replace in kind, at Contractor's expense, private property damaged or <br /> destroyed due to the Contractor's negligence. <br /> 8-05.1(2) Resetting Existing Private Driveway Pavers <br /> Restore existing private driveway with pavers salvaged prior to construction. <br /> 8-05.1(3) Replacing Exposed Aggregate Concrete Driveway Improvements <br /> Replace existing private cement concrete driveway area in accordance with Section 8- <br /> ' 06, matching exposed aggregate finish and joint location of existing concrete. <br /> 8-05.2 Materials <br /> Supplement 8-05.2 by adding the following: <br /> Concrete Interlocking Pavers 9-12.3 Special Provisions <br /> Bedding Sand for Interlocking Pavers 9-03.24 Special Provisions <br /> Joint Sand for Interlocking Pavers 9-03.25 Special Provisions <br /> ' Geotextile 9-33.2 Standard Specifications <br /> 8-05.3 Construction Requirements <br /> ' 8-05.3(1) Concrete Interlocking Pavers <br /> Salvage existing precast interlocking concrete pavers for reinstallation following <br /> construction. If pavers are broken during construction, obtain replacements from same <br /> supplier as the original installation (coordinate with owner)to match. <br /> Provide minimum two inch thick compacted and graded sand bed to install pavers on. <br /> Match existing grade of surrounding pavers.
