We interpreted the sandy silt to be recessional lacustrine <br /> deposits. ' <br /> Soil boring B-10 was located near 2813 Pine Street. The soil boring encountered about 3 inches of <br /> asphalt pavement at the road surface. Underlying the asphalt pavement, the soil boring encountered <br /> very loose, brown silty sand with gravel, cobbles and wood debris to a depth of approximately 7.0 feet <br /> below grade. We interpreted this material to be undocumented fill. Below the fill material, the soil <br /> boring encountered very stiff, gray sandy silt to the depth explored of about 9.0 feet below the ground <br /> surface. We interpreted the very stiff sandy silt to be recessional lacustrine deposits. <br /> Soil boring B-1l was located near 2712 Pine Street. The soil boring encountered about 3 inches of <br /> asphalt pavement at the road surface. Underlying the asphalt pavement, the soil boring encountered <br /> medium dense, brown silty sand with trace gravel to a depth of about 1.5 feet below grade. We <br /> interpreted this material to be undocumented fill. Below the fill material, the soil boring encountered <br /> very dense/hard, gray to brown, silty sand and sandy silt to a depth of approximately 7.0 feet below the <br /> ground surface. We interpreted the very dense/hard soils to be Pre-Fraser Lacustrine Deposits. <br /> Underlying this material, the soil boring encountered hard, gray sandy silt with trace gravel to the depth <br /> explored of about 9.0 feet below grade. We interpreted the hard soils to be Pre-Fraser Lacustrine <br /> Deposits. <br /> Soil boring B-12 was located near 2613 Pine Street. The soil boring encountered about 3 inches of I <br /> asphalt pavement at the road surface. Underlying the asphalt pavement, the soil boring encountered <br /> medium dense, brown silty sand with gravel to a depth of about 1.5 feet below the surface. We <br /> interpreted this material to be undocumented fill. Below the fill material, the soil boring encountered <br /> dense to very dense, brown to gray sand with silt and gravel to the depth explored of approximately 6.5 <br /> feet below grade. We interpreted the dense to very dense soils to be glacial drift. <br /> Soil boring B-13 was located near 2517 Pine Street. The soil boring encountered about 3 inches of <br /> asphalt pavement at the road surface. Underlying the asphalt pavement, the soil boring encountered <br /> loose to medium dense,brown sand with silt,gravel,wood and metal debris to a depth of approximately <br /> 4.0 feet below grade. We interpreted this material to be undocumented fill, and possibly the location of <br /> an abandoned water line. Below the fill material, the soil boring encountered medium dense to dense, <br /> brown silty sand with gravel to a depth of about 7.0 feet below the surface. We interpreted the medium <br /> dense to dense, silty sand with gravel to be recessional outwash. Underlying this material, the soil <br /> boring encountered medium dense, brown silty sand to the depth explored of about 11.5 feet below <br /> grade. We interpreted the medium dense soils to be recessional outwash. <br /> In our opinion, it is possible that undocumented fill could be present in unexplored areas of the <br /> proposed project areas. <br /> Krazan&Associates,Inc.
