In anticipation of some period of substantially lower
occupancy in our 2802 Wetmore Ave building, I am requesting written approval from you to put one of our two
side-by-side conveyances in "voluntary red tag/decommissioned status" to allow us to reduce our maintenance
contract.
After closing in May, our building will be occupied by no more than 24 individuals on a day-to-day basis. This
approximate number includes eight staff from each of two remaining 2nd floor tenants, and eight transition
team college staff through the summer.
We are confident that only one of our two elevators will be necessary or required after mid to late May, which
will greatly reduce expenditures for our organization at a time when cash flow is critical.
If you have questions, please don't hesitate to reply to this message or contact me by phone to discuss or set up a
visit. I've attached the L&I Red Tag form which requires your approval when I submit.
Thank you,
Brent Diamond
Director of Campus Facilities&Security
Trinity Lutheran College I www.TLC.edu
brent.diamondatic.edu 1425-320-6217 (mobile/text)
u ❑x
1
