• <br /> June 9, 2021 <br /> Council Member Vogeli reported on her attendance at last evening's meeting of <br /> the Westmont Holly Neighborhood Association. <br /> Council Member Bader provided a liaison report on his attendance at the monthly <br /> meeting of the Snohomish Health District Board. He also reported that he met <br /> with Parks staff regarding a new management contract for the golf courses, which <br /> will be presented to Council in July. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> Deputy Mayor Nick Harper responded to Council Member Murphy's comments <br /> regarding Sound Transit. He stated Administration would work with Legal to <br /> schedule a future executive session to review options. He also expressed <br /> condolences to the family of Cliff Bailey who recently died. He noted that Mr. <br /> Bailey is remembered as a long-time farmer, elected public servant, and <br /> community leader. <br /> • <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Deputy City Attorney Tim Benedict requested a 10-minute executive session <br /> regarding collective bargaining negotiations pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4) with <br /> no announcement to follow. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS: <br /> Deb Williams, Council, stated there were no written comments submitted. <br /> Joe Kunsler, Skagit County resident, spoke about the future of Everett Transit. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to <br /> approve the following consent items: <br /> • <br /> 3 <br />
