ORDINANCE NO. EVERETT WASH I NGTON An Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled "South Police Precinct - Locker Room Renovation Project", Fund 342, Program 032, to accumulate all costs for the project. WHEREAS, A. The City Council recognizes the need to maintain City facilities. B. The City Council recognizes the need to renovate the men's and women's locker room area at the South Police Precinct located at 1121 SE Everett Mall Way. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 342, Program 032, and shall be entitled "South Police Precinct - Locker Room Renovation Project" to accumulate all costs for the project. Section 2. Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 342, Program 032 for the special improvement project. Section 3. Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks and Facilities Director, under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and all necessary steps to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4. The sum of $30,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 032, "South Police Precinct - Locker Room Renovation Project" as follows: A. Use of Funds Design $30,000.00 Tota I $30,000.00 B. Source of Funds CI P-1 $ 30,000.00 Tota I $30,000.00 Section 5. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make necessary corrections to this Ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction of scrivener's/clerical errors, references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers, and any internal references.
