(Need to <br />update website. Anyone making <br />out -of -order comments or acting in an <br />unruly manner shall be subject to removal <br />from the meeting." (7.1) There is also a <br />"comments from citizens section (7.2) and a <br />personal and slanderous remarks (7.5) "any <br />person making personal, impertinent or <br />slanderous remarks or who shall become <br />boisterous while addressing the Council may <br />be requested to leave the meeting and may <br />be barred from further audience before the <br />Council during that Council meeting by the <br />Chair or Presiding Officer."
