Osborn Consulting, Inc. 4/7/21 <br />Exhibit A, Attachment A-2: Drainage and Landscape <br />Architecture <br />scope of services <br />for <br />California Street Pedestrian and Bicycle Corridor <br />Phase 1 <br />Task 1-4.1 Drainage Alternatives Analysis <br />Assessment of drainage impacts of sidewalk and bike facility concepts (up to 3 concepts on each of 3 <br />segments as described in Exhibit A: Scope of Work; <br />• Segment A: California Street Multimodal Improvements, <br />• Segment B: California St to Hewitt Avenue Connection Fulton, Pine, Maple Streets, or midblock <br />alley connections between California Street and Hewitt Avenue. <br />• Segment C: Hewitt Avenue to US 2 Multimodal Improvements. <br />Assumptions: <br />• The entire project resides in the combined sewer basin. <br />• The assessments are limited to matching existing stormwater durations and peaks and no storm <br />water treatment is required. <br />• No detailed stormwater modeling or memorandum. <br />• No quantity take offs or cost estimating. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Assessment of drainage impacts summarized in a memorandum. <br />Task 1-4.2 Landscape Architecture Alternatives Analysis <br />Concepts for landscape architecture treatments to accompany the alternatives, same segments as <br />described above <br />Assumptions: <br />• No quantity take offs or cost estimating. <br />• No photo realistic renderings are included. <br />• Maximum of 9 hand sketches <br />• One revision for each sketch and one meeting to review <br />Deliverables: <br />
