Osborn Consulting, Inc. 4/7/21 • Concepts to be summarized using hand sketches, with photos of similar treatment to provide clarity Task 1-5 Preliminary (30%) Design Development of 30% design plans for the preferred alternative's drainage and landscape architecture features Assumptions: • Drainage design to be shown on 8 plan sheets at 20 scale, no profiles or details • Landscape architecture treatments — showing areas of plantings by zones and street tree locations to be shown on 4 plan sheets at 20 scale, with example photo of similar treatment when required for clarity, no details or site furnishings • No planting schedule • No detailed stormwater modeling or memorandum. • No specifications Deliverables: • Drainage 30% design plans • Landscape Architecture 30% design plans • Drainage 30% cost estimate • Landscape Architecture 30% cost estimate Phase 2 Task 2-2.1 60% and 90% Design (Drainage) Development of 60% and 90% design p ans, Specification and Cost Estimate (PS&E) for the preferred alternative's drainage approach. Drainage design to be shown on 8 plan sheets with pipe profiles at 20 scale, 2 detail sheets for non-standard items. Assumptions: • • • • • • Standard details (City of Everett and WSDOT) will referenced on the detail sheets, not included. All design plans shall conform with City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and CAD standards as described in Exhibit A. Edits to the City's Special Provisions will be based on the current year edition of WSDOT Standard Specifications. Cost estimate to include a justification of quantity and unit price Utility conflict can be resolved at the point of conflict with simple adjustment of the utilities or storm drainage locations. Relocating utilities is not included. There will only be minor changes to the project design after the 90% submittal.
