Relocating utilities is not included. <br />There will only be minor changes to the project design after the 90% submittal. <br />Deliverables: <br />• PDF and electronic CAD files for Drainage 100% design plans <br />• Final specifications and cost estimate 100% (PDF, Word file for specifications, Excel file for cost <br />estimate) <br />Task 2-6.2 100% Final Design (Landscape Architecture) <br />Development of 100% design plans, Specification and Cost Estimate (PS&E) for the preferred <br />alternative's approved landscape architecture features. <br />Landscape architecture to be shown on 4 plan sheets at 20 scale, with 3 detail sheets for non-standard <br />details. Plans to show plant locations and plant types.
