Osborn Consulting, Inc. 4/7/21 Deliverables: • PDF and electronic CAD files for Drainage 60% and 90% design plans • Specifications and cost estimate (PDF, Word file for specifications, Excel file for cost estimate) • Stormwater Site Plan 60% and 90% (PDF and electronic CAD files) • Draft SWPPP, Draft (60%) and Final (90%) (PDF) Task 2-2.2 60% and 90% Design (Landscape Architecture) Development of 60% and 90% design plans, Specification and Cost Estimate (PS&E) for the preferred alternative's approved landscape architecture features. Planting plan and street tree plan, showing planting zones and tree locations up to 60%; plant locations and plant types for 90%; specifications for plant care and establishment, including instructions for truck or hand watering. Landscape architecture to be shown on 4 plan sheets at 20 scale, with 3 detail sheets for non-standard details. Assumptions: • Standard details (City of Everett and WSDOT) will referenced on the detail sheets, not included. • All design plans shall conform with City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and CAD standards as described in Exhibit A. • Edits to the City's Special Provisions will be based on the current year edition of WSDOT Standard Specifications. • Cost estimate to include a justification of quantity and unit price • No sketches or photo realistic renderings are included. • There will only be minor changes to the project design after the 90% submittal. • A list of acceptable and available street furniture will be provided by the City. • Street trees shall be per the City approved street tree list. • Irrigation design not included Deliverables: • PDF and electronic CAD files for Landscape Architecture 60% and 90% design plans • Specifications and cost estimate 60% and 90% (PDF, Word file for specifications, Excel file for cost estimate) Task 2-6.1 100% Final Design (Drainage) Development of 100% design plans, Specification and Cost Estimate (PS&E) for the preferred alternative's drainage approach.
