Task 500—Cost Estimation <br /> Task 700-Additional Services <br /> Project Assumptions <br /> 1. Improvements to the existing interceptor is limited to a constricted section of the pipeline <br /> approximately 1500 feet in length. <br /> 2. Project duration for Phase I will be eight months. <br /> 3. Client shall provide review comments in a timely manner, within two (2)weeks of <br /> submittal receipt. <br /> 4. System operating strategies may increase the frequency of untreated CSO discharges <br /> from the Port Gardner Storage Facility to the Deep Water Outfall but the strategies will <br /> not increase the CSO untreated discharge frequency to greater than one event per year. <br /> 5. HDR has a reasonable right to rely on data and information provided from the City for <br /> use in this scope of services. <br /> Scope of Services <br /> Task 100 — Project Management <br /> Task Objective <br /> Monitor, control, and adjust scope(upon mutual agreement), schedule, and budget as well as <br /> provide monthly status reporting,accounting,and invoicing and project coordination with the <br /> City. <br /> Subtask 101 - Project Control <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Prepare a Project Management Plan (PMP or Project Guide)following a Notice to <br /> Proceed (NTP). The PMP will include the project scope, staffing plan, communications <br /> information, Quality Management Plan (QMP) and schedule. <br /> 2. Coordinate and manage the project team. <br /> 3. Subcontract with and manage project subconsultants. <br /> 4. Prepare monthly progress report describing the following: <br /> a) Services completed during the month <br /> b) Services planned for the next month <br /> c) Needs for additional information <br /> d) Scope/schedule/budget issues <br /> 5. Prepare monthly invoices formatted in accordance with contract terms. <br /> 6.
