Subtask 201 — Model Update <br /> Objective <br /> To update the existing InfoSWMM model of the CSO system and use the updated model to <br /> determine evaluate improvements. The model will include analysis of the combined sewer <br /> system and separated storm drain system. The separated storm drain system will incorporate <br /> revisions from the Sewer M basin. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Update the hydraulic sewer model to verify basin delineations and calibrate to recent <br /> flow data. <br /> a) Incorporate Sewer M pipe separation and impacts from Grand Ave Pedestrian Bridge <br /> conveyance system <br /> b) Adjust for changes at the leaping weir at Pine Street. <br /> c) Modify modeled Lift Station 7&8 configuration <br /> d) Incorporate any other pipe/network changes implemented since completion of the 2014 <br /> Comprehensive Sewer Plan. <br /> 2. Update dry weather flow(DWF) loading based on 2020 Comprehensive Water Plan. <br /> 3. Identify locations for flow sensors: <br /> a) Depth <br /> i. SMH1795W09(MH where Lombard flow comes in) or SMH1795W14 (MH at <br /> Broadway, just upstream of leaping weir)or SMH1795X02(next MH downstream of <br /> both Lombard and Broadway) <br /> ii. SMH1795X17-MH upstream of pipe slope increase <br /> iii. SMH1795Y23- 18th &Walnut;this is a shallow MH; may not need this depending on <br /> timing of the SMH1795Z20 meter installation proposed by Murray Smith as part of <br /> the 2022 Comprehensive Sewer Plan contract. <br /> b) Flow <br /> i. SMH1895S28-Sewer M sewer meter. This data will help determine the impacts of <br /> the sewer separation in the area. <br /> ii. SMH1795Z20-proposed by Murray Smith as part of the 2022 Comprehensive <br /> Sewer Plan contract. <br /> 4. Validate the model to the extent possible with available depth and flow data to establish <br /> system performance. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide existing CSO and separate stormwater system model file. <br /> 2. Provide background system Geographic Information System(GIS)data and shapefiles. <br /> Data includes, but is not limited to, parcels, streets,water features, land use/zoning and <br /> contour. <br /> 3.
