4. Provide access to record drawings or other sewer system data needed to update the <br /> CSO system model. <br /> 5. Coordinate with MurraySmith on installing meters as part of 2023 Comprehensive Sewer <br /> Plan contract. <br /> 6. Update infrastructure added since the model was last updated—pipes, manholes, <br /> pumps& pump parameters, regulators, and other structures. Integrate GIS updates into <br /> the model and make needed corrections to the sewer geometry. <br /> 7. Review and provide comments on the Modeling Plan. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. The City's existing rain gages at Lift Station 8 and Lift Station 9 will be used for model <br /> calibration and validation. <br /> 2. The City's climate impacted rainfall time series will be used for analysis of alternatives. <br /> 3. Model developed for the 2014 Comprehensive Sewer Plan will be updated and used for <br /> this study <br /> 4. DWF loading will be adjusted by applying demand projections developed for the 2020 <br /> Comprehensive Water Plan and assuming 80%of demand becomes sewer flow <br /> 5. Only the 17th St drainage area will be modeled.The model in this area will be <br /> validated/calibrated only for the purposes of this study. <br /> 6. Model results will be incorporated into subsequent tasks. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Updated InfoSWMM model files. <br /> Subtask 202 — Alternative Modeling <br /> Objective <br /> Use the updated and calibrated model to evaluate conveyance alternatives for the 17th Street <br /> Interceptor. Modeling will determine pipe sizing, maximum HGL elevation(transition from gravity <br /> to pressure flow). Facility operating strategies will also be modeled to determine the feasibility <br /> of each alternative. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Perform modeling analysis to evaluate alternatives identified in Task 300. The City's <br /> climate impacted rainfall time series will be used for system analysis. <br /> 2. Presents modeling results with workshop for the conveyance alternatives identified in <br /> Tasks 300 and 400. <br /> 3. Prepare exhibits summarizing the results of the model analysis. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1.
