Provide access to utility structures including manholes and other facilities. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. The surveying does not include confined space entry. <br /> 2. The survey will indicate right-of-way(ROW), information on adjacent properties including <br /> owner,site details such as retaining walls and private improvements in ROW and <br /> adjacent to ROW. <br /> 3. ROW will be be determined by public records only. No title reports will be required. <br /> 4. Potholing to determine the depth existing buried utilities will not be performed in this <br /> phase of the project. <br /> 5. Existing City record drawings will be used to supplement the topographic survey. <br /> 6. Surveying will begin after the preferred replacement pipeline route is selected in the <br /> alternative evaluation. The limits of surveying and mapping will be altered prior to survey <br /> work beginning. <br /> 7. The scale of the survey drawing will be 1 in. = 10 ft, with 1 ft contour intervals and 0.1 ft <br /> vertical scale accuracy. <br /> 8. Traffic control will be required as necessary for survey work. <br /> 9. Project datum will be NAVD88. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1.
