Assumptions <br /> 1. Alternatives review workshop will be held via Cisco WebEx(or another web-based <br /> meeting platform). <br /> 2. Up to four(4) HDR staff will participate in the alternatives workshop. Up to four(4)hours <br /> will be required by each staff member in attendance including preparation, attendance, <br /> follow-up, and notes. <br /> 3. 30 percent design includes cover sheet, legend and abbreviation sheet, project survey <br /> control plan, and up to five(5)sewer plan and profile drawings. Roadway restoration, <br /> curb ramps,traffic control plans, utility relocations, and traffic control plans will not be <br /> included. <br /> 4. The existing storm drainage system will remain unchanged and the project is exempt <br /> from storm drainage improvement requirements. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Draft Alternative Development Technical Memorandum(PDF format). <br /> 2. Final Alternative Development Technical Memorandum(PDF format). <br /> 3. 30 Percent Design Drawings <br /> Task 310 — Project Surveying <br /> Objective <br /> Survey and provide base mapping for design of the 17th Street Interceptor replacement project. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Complete survey required for design. <br /> 2. Establish horizontal and vertical controls. <br /> 3. Identify existing utilities via existing records and utility locates as painted by APS <br /> Locates, Inc., a private utility locate company. <br /> 4. Establish semi-permanent survey markers for the construction reference. Set up to four <br /> (4) benchmarks throughout the project site. <br /> 5. Identify conflicts in records. <br /> 6. Identify invert elevations of gravity lines at manholes and catch basins. Inverts will only <br /> be measured if information can be collected safely from the surface. No confined space <br /> entry will be performed to collect invert elevations. <br /> 7. Prepare composite survey, utility and record drawing data on a map to be used as a <br /> base for design. <br /> 8. Prepare topographic map.The mapping will include all physical features including walls, <br /> fences, curbs, sidewalks, driveway cuts, ramps, buildings, utility vaults and pads, and <br /> trees 6-in. in diameter or larger. <br /> 9. The segment of the existing 17th Street Interceptor to be replaced is the segment of 24- <br /> inch pipeline from roughly Cedar Street to just west of Walnut as shown in Figure 3. <br /> City of Everett—17th Street Interceptor Improvements 8 Scope of Services <br />
