Diversions of storm water or combined sewage to the Grand Avenue Pedestrian Bridge <br /> assumes that conveyance piping for both flows are extended to the Port Gardner <br /> Storage Facility such that storm water treatment requirements are achieved and <br /> combined sewer overflow frequencies are maintained at less than one event per year. <br /> 2. Control strategy review workshop will be held via Cisco WebEx(or another web-based <br /> meeting platform). <br /> 3. Up to four(4) HDR staff will participate in the alternatives workshop .
