aggregate. 3. Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit per accident for bodily injury and property damage. Except if the transport of clients by Agency personnel is involved, then Risk Management will review the appropriate amount of coverage. 4. Workers' Compensation: Statutory requirements of the state of residency. 5. Stop Gap/Employers Liability: $1,000,000. D. Deductibles and Self-Insured Retentions Any deductibles or self-insured retentions must be declared to, and approved by, the City. The deductible and/or self-insured retention of the policies shall not apply tothe Agency's liability to the City and shall be the sole responsibility of the Agency. E. Other Insurance Provisions The insurance policies required in this Agreement and any Contract are to contain, or be endorsed to contain, the following provisions: 1. Liability Policies except Professional/Errors and Omissions and Workers Compensation a. The City and Snohomish County, their officers, officials, employees, and agents are to be covered asadditional insureds as respects liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of the Agency in connection with any Contract (CG 2010 11/85 or itsequivalent). b. The Agency's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance as respects the City, Snohomish County, their officers, officials, employees, and agents. Any insurance and/or self-insurance maintained by the City or Snohomish County, their officers, officials, employees, or agents shall not contribute with the Agency's insurance or benefit the Agency in any way. c. The Agency's insurance shall apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made and/or lawsuit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability. 2. All Policies Coverage shall not be suspended, voided, canceled, reduced in coverage or in limits, except by the reduction of the applicable aggregate limit by claims paid, until after 45 days prior written notice has been given to the City. F. Acceptability of Insurers Unless otherwise approved by the City, insurance is to be placed with insurers with a Bests' rating of no less than A: VIII, or, if not rated with Bests, with minimum surpluses the equivalent of Bests' surplus size VIII.
