Except if the transport of clients by Agency personnel is <br /> involved, then Risk Management will review the appropriate amount of coverage. <br /> 4. Workers' Compensation: Statutory requirements of the state of residency. <br /> 5. Stop Gap/Employers Liability: $1,000,000. <br /> D. Deductibles and Self-Insured Retentions <br /> Any deductibles or self-insured retentions must be declared to, and approved by, the <br /> City. The deductible and/or self-insured retention of the policies shall not apply tothe <br /> Agency's liability to the City and shall be the sole responsibility of the Agency. <br /> E. Other Insurance Provisions <br /> The insurance policies required in this Agreement and any Contract are to contain, or <br /> be endorsed to contain, the following provisions: <br /> 1. Liability Policies except Professional/Errors and Omissions and Workers <br /> Compensation <br /> a. The City and Snohomish County, their officers, officials, employees, and <br /> agents are to be covered asadditional insureds as respects liability arising out <br /> of activities performed by or on behalf of the Agency in connection with any <br /> Contract (CG 2010 11/85 or itsequivalent). <br /> b. The Agency's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance as respects the <br /> City, Snohomish County, their officers, officials, employees, and agents. Any <br /> insurance and/or self-insurance maintained by the City or Snohomish County, <br /> their officers, officials, employees, or agents shall not contribute with the <br /> Agency's insurance or benefit the Agency in any way. <br /> c. The Agency's insurance shall apply separately to each insured against whom <br /> claim is made and/or lawsuit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the <br /> insurer's liability. <br /> 2. All Policies <br /> Coverage shall not be suspended, voided, canceled, reduced in coverage or in <br /> limits, except by the reduction of the applicable aggregate limit by claims paid, until <br /> after 45 days prior written notice has been given to the City. <br /> F.
