Based on a review of existing building drawings, the exit is located one <br /> the 1st Story at the southwest corner of the building, and includes inward swinging doors. '` <br /> The office area has an occupant load of over 100, with at least 50 occupant using this exit <br /> access path. The existing doors shall be modified to swing outward in the direction of <br /> egress travel. See IEBC Section 805.4.2 and IBC Section 1010.1.2.1. <br /> MA response.See HCS drawing -- ow the existing exit doors being modified to <br /> swing outwards on sheetA0.4. �l <br /> Accessibility: <br /> i 7. The project involves Level 2 Alterations to the building per IEBC Chapter 8. Accessibility <br /> improvements per IEBC Section 705.2 shall be included in the project. Where the building <br /> is made to be less than fully-accessible per one of the exceptions, documentation <br /> substantiating the limited accessibility improvements shall be submitted for review. See <br /> IEBC Section 806.1. <br /> MA response: This has been addressed on sheetA0.4 <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br /> during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br /> requirements.
