There are still several comments that have not been <br /> addressed. Reference the First Review letter dated November 7, 2018, in addition to the following comments: <br /> 4d.The "Egress Legend" should specify the back-up power to be a minimum of 90 minutes. <br /> 4e. Exterior emergency egress lighting has not been specified on the plans. The locations shall be shown. The <br /> emergency power requirements shall be stated. <br /> 4f. The occupant load sign is not specified. <br /> 4g.The existing door at the NE corner of Room 201 requires panic hardware. <br /> 5a. Partial plan required for SW stairway and exterior exit to verify requirements. <br /> 5b.See 5a. <br /> 5c.See 4e. <br /> 5e.See 5a. <br /> 6. Provide partial plan of First Floor exit. <br /> 7. Documentation not submitted to verify improvement made to satisfy IEBC Section 705.2. Specifically, <br /> documentation substantiating that the 20%threshold has been met,or that the building is already accessible, must be <br /> submitted. Based on the work estimate of$60,000,the accessibility improvements must be at least$12,000. Note that <br /> none of the restrooms on the Second Floor appear to provide the minimum width per ICC A117.1-09 Figure <br /> 604.9.2.
