The proposed 58 foot tall pole will be 20 <br />feet taller than the pole that it is replacing. The need of the neighborhood, district, or City for a proposed special property use. <br />Finding: The proposed communication facility would allow the applicant to provide improved wireless <br />services to meet an increasing demand for wireless streaming and data consumption. <br />2. The adequacy of streets, utilities and public services required to serve a proposed use. <br />Finding: All necessary utilities are located at the project site, No road improvements are necessary. <br />3. The impact of traffic generated by the proposed use on the surrounding area, pedestrian <br />circulation and public safety; and the ability of the proponent to mitigate such potential impacts. <br />Finding: The facility is unstafFed. The only traffic generated would be from periodic routine <br />maintenance. <br />4. The provision of adequate off-street parking, on -site circulation, and site access. C//3) <br />
