Please review and respond to the comments below. 1. Show crawl space ventilation on the foundation plan. 2. Provide minimum 18"x 24" crawl space access.Show location on foundation plan. 3. Provide 6 mil black moisture barrier in crawl space. Lap edges 12".Show requirements on plans. 4. Provide ledger detail for the floor joists at the bedroom addition at the floor and at the roof deck levels.Show the ledger in section and elevation.
