Specifically, the Client instructed GeoTest to investigate for the presence of MTCA-
I5 Metals at the project site.
IPURPOSE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES
The purpose of our services was to perform analytic sampling at two boring locations, BH-N and
I BH-S, to a planned approximate depth of 9.5 feet below existing site grades. Specifically, the
scope of our services included the following:
1 • Collection of site soils in accordance with regulatory guidelines for sample collection.
• At the Client's request, the obtained soil samples were analyzed for MTCA 5 Metals using
a qualified independent analytical laboratory.
I • Compile a summary letter that outlines the site conditions, the work performed, the
results of the sampling and analytical analysis and our conclusions.
IFIELD SAMPLING METHODOLOGY
On October 21,2019,four discrete soil samples were obtained from two distinct boring locations.
ISee Figure 2 for approximate boring locations. Discrete grab samples were collected from the
pre-cleaned split spoon sample taken at the recorded locations/depths. Immediately upon
I opening the split spoon sampler, the obtained soils were placed into the appropriate laboratory
containers.
I1
I
