PROJECT OVERVIEW <br />This document is intended to provide the engineering information necessary to support the <br />building permit application for a new SFR and paved driveway in the City of Everett. The <br />site covers 0.20 acres. The existing site is currently partially developed with some existing <br />gravel and lawn. The proposed disturbance area will cover approximately 5,725 sf. The <br />proposed SFR will be set approximately 20 feet from western property line and 5 feet from <br />the southern property line. Access to the new SFR will be taken from the proposed paved <br />driveway which will take access from the existing roadway to the east (271 Dr SE). <br />The parcel is currently undeveloped and is surrounded by developed parcels. The slope of <br />the site in the area of the proposed SFR and driveway is mild and averages approximately <br />5 percent to the east. <br />This development proposes to construct a new SFR with a paved driveway taking access <br />off of 27th Dr SE. The total new plus replaced impervious surfaces equal 3,178 sf (0.07 <br />acres). <br />Roof runoff from the SFR roof will be infiltrated via an infiltration trench. The driveway <br />surface proposed for this project will be infiltrated using an infiltration trench. All drainage <br />improvements have been designed to meet or exceed the 2014 DOE Stormwater <br />Management Manual <br />The project location is 10304 27th Dr SE, in the City of Everett, and in Section 20, Township <br />28N, Range 5E.
