Assumptions: <br />• This Scope of Work does not represent any other contract -whether expressed or implied -between <br />Triangle Associates, Inc. and Everett Public Works. <br />• This Scope of Work reflects annual deliverables based on of a July — June calendar to coincide <br />with the school year. <br />• Triangle will communicate with the City as needed, to make recommendations regarding virtual <br />versus in -person workshops, based on state-wide COVID-19 guidance and restrictions and <br />school interests, and to determine if any major program development will occur. If decided that a <br />significant program or development will occur, adjustment may be made to workshop deliverables <br />to balance the budget) <br />• City staff may assist with evaluation data entry, printing or other administrative tasks as possible <br />and when mutually agreed upon <br />
