The Work to be performed will include furnishing all labor, materials and 1 equipment necessary to perform all Work as required by the Contract in accordance with the Contract Documents. IB. The Project Site is located at 4027 4th Street Southeast, Everett WA. C. Two pre-bid meetings will be held to discuss the project. See Pre-Bid I Meeting (Section 00 2513). Attendance of at least one of the pre-bid meetings is mandatory for all prospective bidders.
