1 <br /> City of Everett 00 1113 - 2 <br /> 2021 WPCF Trickling Filter Media Replacement UP 3742-3 <br /> All bids must be made upon the regular forms provided for this purpose and must be <br /> 111 <br /> accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent <br /> (5%)of the total amount of the Bid. One hundred (100) percent Payment and Performance <br /> Bonds will be required of the successful bidder to guarantee faithful performance of the <br /> contract. <br /> The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or 1 <br /> informalities. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof. <br /> The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest <br /> of the City.
