Please confirm what actual start dates <br /> are or if there is something that precludes work between November 1, 2021 <br /> and Jan 1, 2022. — The Trickling filter shall remain fully operational until <br /> I <br /> November 1st, 2021. City staff will begin flushing the filter on November <br /> 1st, 2021 and continue doing so until November 21st, 2021. The <br /> Contractor may begin work on the Trickling Filter the morning of <br /> INovember 22n , 2021.
