design concerns identified in the 30% plans and note any outstanding design issues in Notes to <br /> Reviewer. An AGi 32 illumination analysis will be performed as part of the 60% submittal and <br /> recommended lighting improvements to meet City of Everett lighting standards for active mode facilities <br /> will be included in the plans. All 30% plan submittal comments received will be incorporated into the <br /> submittal. The City will review the submittal and return a consolidated set of comments to the Consultant. <br /> The review period will last two weeks. The 60% plans will include the following sheets: <br /> • Cover Sheet with Vicinity Map and Index <br /> • Legend and Abbreviations <br /> • Site Preparation and TESC Plans and Details <br /> • Roadway, Sidewalk and Shared Use Path Paving Plans <br /> • Roadway, Sidewalk and Shared Use Path Details <br /> • Striping and Signing Plans <br /> • Traffic Signal Plan (if needed) <br /> • Illumination Plan (if needed) <br /> • Drainage Plan and report (if needed) <br /> • Landscaping Plan (if needed) <br /> • Retaining Wall Details (if needed) <br /> The standard and custom design details will utilize City of Everett and WSDOT standards. <br /> KBA will provide a constructability review at the 60% design level. <br /> Consultant Deliverables <br /> • Comment response letter/matrix from 30% submittal. <br /> • One electronic PDF copy of 60% Plans. <br /> • One electronic copy of CAD files for 60% plans. <br /> • Cost estimate in Excel format. <br /> • Special provisions (except Division 1) in Word format. <br /> 2-2.2 90% Submittal <br /> The 90% submittal will include all drawings, special provisions, and the Engineer's estimate. The <br /> Consultant and subconsultants will review the design, update most outstanding design tasks, note any <br /> outstanding issues in Notes to Reviewer and incorporate City comments. The 60% Design Plan submittal <br /> comments will be incorporated into the 90% submittal. The City will review the submittal and return one <br /> set of consolidated comments to the Consultant. The review period will last two weeks. In addition to <br /> modifications to the sheets identified for the 60% submittal, traffic signal wiring diagrams (if needed), <br /> signal details (if needed), and traffic control plans (Task 2-4)will be prepared.
