(Subconsultant)will provide Constructability Review services to Transpo Group USA, Inc. <br /> (Client), who has an Agreement with the City of Everett (Owner), for the project known as California <br /> Street Pedestrian and Bicycle Corridor(Project). These services are detailed below. <br /> Project Description: This project will complete design of a tier 1 bicycle facility in Everett's Bicycle <br /> Master Plan, facility T1-C1 and T2-C. Design includes new bicycle facilities on California Street between <br /> Broadway and Maple St; and from the intersection of California St/Maple St to the bicycle trail near US 2 <br /> located at Hewitt Ave and Chestnut St. The Designer of Record on this Project is Transpo Group USA, <br /> Inc. (Designer). <br /> I. CONSTRUCTABILITY REVIEW SERVICES <br /> A. Subconsultant Contract and Team Management: Provide overall management of the <br /> Subconsultant contract staff, including: <br /> 1. Decide on best modes and frequency of communication with Client. Liaison and coordinate <br /> with Client on a regular basis to discuss Project issues and status. <br /> 2. Manage Subconsultant staff. Organize and layout work for Subconsultant. <br /> 3. Review monthly expenditures and Subconsultant scope activities. Prepare and submit to <br /> Client, an invoice and progress report describing services provided that period. Prepare and <br /> submit reporting required by funding source(s), if any. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Monthly invoices and progress reports <br /> • Reporting required by funding source(s), if any <br /> B. Design-Phase Constructability Review <br /> 1. Constructability Reviews: Participate in Constructability reviews at the following milestones: <br /> Phase 1: Preliminary Analysis and Design <br /> a. 30% Stage Review <br /> i. The main objective of the 30% constructability review is to assess the constructability <br /> of the project following the development of the project's primary geometric features. <br /> ii. Accompany the Designer on a plans-in-hand site visit to acquaint Subconsultant with <br /> the Project and site. <br /> iii. Advise Designer on challenging constructability issues. <br /> Phase 2: Design Engineering <br /> b. 60% Stage Review <br /> 1 of 3 <br />
