The goal of this <br />concierge service is to reduce overall claims cost by helping employees and their <br />dependents obtain quality care at a lower cost. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign the <br />agreement with Rightway Healthcare for benefit concierge services in substantially the <br />form provided. <br />
