July 7, 2021 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a Special Improvement Project, entitled <br /> "36th Street CSO Storage and Regulator Modifications," Fund 336, <br /> Program 022 <br /> COUNCIL BILL 2016-22 <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a Special Improvement Project, entitled <br /> "Water Main Replacement W," Fund 336, Program 023 <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Northwest Innovation Resource Center Update <br /> Presented by Dan Eernissee, Economic Development and <br /> Diane Kamionka, Northwest Innovation Resource Center <br /> Council Member Tuohy joined the meeting at 6:49 p.m. <br /> Council Members Bader and Tuohy asked if there was anything the City could do <br /> to additionally support the work of the Center. Diane stated she would work with <br /> Dan to develop a wish list, and they would provide that to Council. <br /> Council Procedures Discussion <br /> President Stonecipher stated that she met with Administration to discuss the <br /> reopening plan. She stated there is a new Governor's requirement that requires <br /> the option for remote public comment, even as the Council moves back to in- <br /> person meetings. She stated Administration has agreed to go back and develop <br /> some options to consider to best address a virtual space for the community to <br /> engage with the Council. <br /> President Stonecipher stated there were a few topics to discuss this evening to <br /> follow up the discussion from last week.
