Item #B-124—Disputes Review Board (DRB) Chairman Reimbursement. This new item is being created to account for 50% of the costs for the DRB Chairman to be reimbursed to the City of Everett by the contractor. The Contract required that in a dispute between the contractor(ICI) and owner (COE), a DRB would be set up and that the chairman's costs would be split equally between the contractor and the City of Everett but paid initially by the City of Everett. At the conclusion of the DRB, the contractor is to reimburse the City of Everett 50% of the costs due to the chairman of the DRB.
