Item #B-124—Disputes Review Board (DRB) Chairman Reimbursement. This new item is being <br /> created to account for 50% of the costs for the DRB Chairman to be reimbursed to the City of Everett <br /> by the contractor. The Contract required that in a dispute between the contractor(ICI) and owner <br /> (COE), a DRB would be set up and that the chairman's costs would be split equally between the <br /> contractor and the City of Everett but paid initially by the City of Everett. At the conclusion of the <br /> DRB, the contractor is to reimburse the City of Everett 50% of the costs due to the chairman of the <br /> DRB. <br /> Total Cost of Change Order No. 26 <br /> New Item B-122: $40,392.00 <br /> New Item B-123: $ 4,223.00 <br /> New Item B-124: $(24,768.00) <br /> Total Cost: $19,847.00 <br /> Exhibit C—Additional Contract Time: <br /> There are 27.5 working days (all for additional work occurring after bridge erection) added to the <br /> Contract in Change Order No. 26. <br />
