Item #B-124—Disputes Review Board (DRB) Chairman Reimbursement. This new item is being <br /> created to account for 50% of the costs for the DRB Chairman to be reimbursed to the City of Everett <br /> by the contractor. The Contract required that in a dispute between the contractor(ICI) and owner <br /> (COE), a DRB would be set up and that the chairman's costs would be split equally between the <br /> contractor and the City of Everett but paid initially by the City of Everett.
